SEN Teaching Assistant - Sittingbourne Full-time - £92.56-£100 per day -September start - Temp-to-perm If you want to work in a role where you can have a profound and positive impact to a child's prospects, then we'd love to speak to you. Tradewind are working with Primary Schools across the Sittingbourne area and are recruiting for passionate and dedicated a SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with children with Special Educational Needs. We work with a range of schools, from large multi-form entry Primary schools with specialist provisions dedicated to supporting children with specific SEN needs, to smaller schools where the support is more targeted to an individual pupil, helping them in their school journey. The Role • Working primarily with children as an SEN Teaching Assistant, both on a 1:1 basis and with smaller groups. • SEN needs themselves range from SEMH, ASD, ADHD and Behavioural Needs. • Assessing students' progress and discussing development with Teachers, Parents/Carers, and external agencies if necessary. • Undertaking CPD if the role requires it, in which you will be accredited for.
