Day-to-day of the role:
• Assist in the educational and social development of students under the direction and guidance of the head teacher and SEN coordinators.
• Support students with emotional or behavioural problems and help develop their social skills.
• Prepare learning materials under the supervision of the teacher and participate in activities that cater to a range of student needs and skill levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience in an educational setting, preferably with SEN students.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A patient, caring, and adaptable manner, suited to working with children with special educational needs.
