The school promotes excellent behaviour, academic progress, and staff development. About the role: The role involves overseeing SEND provision, coordinating interventions, managing EHCP processes, supporting teachers with strategies, and working closely with external agencies. You will play a key role in promoting inclusive practice across the school. Were looking for a dedicated candidate to: Lead SEND provision effectively Support staff with inclusive strategies Manage EHCP processes and liaise with external professionals Ensure high quality interventions for students with additional needs Promote whole school inclusion Requirements The ideal candidate would have: QTS or equivalent qualification NASENCO qualification or willingness to complete it Strong knowledge of SEND legislation Experience supporting students with diverse needs Excellent communication and organisational skills A valid DBS or willingness to obtain one Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted Prospero Teaching is acting as an employment business education recruitment agency in relation to this vacancy.
