# SEN Teaching Assistant - Wolverhampton **Location:** Wolverhampton **Position:** SEN Teaching Assistant **Hours:** Full-time or Part-time We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated **SEN Teaching Assistant** to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in schools across **Wolverhampton**. ### Essential Requirements: * Previous experience working with children with **Special Educational Needs (SEN)**. * A **full UK driving licence** and access to your own vehicle. * Experience supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needs is an advantage. * Strong communication and behaviour management skills. * A caring, patient, and flexible approach to supporting children. ### Key Responsibilities: * Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN. * Assist children with their learning, emotional wellbeing, and social development. * Support the delivery of EHCP targets in collaboration with teachers and other professionals. * Encourage a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment. * Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
