The Role As the SEND Teaching Assistant, you'll work within the EYFS provision, supporting children with a variety of additional learning needs. Your role will include: Supporting children both individually and in small groups Encouraging communication, social interaction and emotional development Working alongside the class teacher and SENDCo to implement personalised support strategies Promoting independence through play-based learning and daily routines Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues Helping to create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment No two days are the same, making this an incredibly rewarding role for someone who enjoys working with young children.
