SEND Teaching Assistant

We are currently recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants for a number of welcoming and inclusive schools in Hounslow, starting September. This is a fantastic opportunity for caring, committed individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. The Role: • Support pupils with a range of SEND needs (1:1 and small group support) • Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities • Help promote pupil confidence, independence, and engagement • Support behaviour, communication, and emotional development • Contribute to a safe and positive learning environment We Are Looking For: • A genuine passion for working with children with additional needs • Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills • Experience working with children (school-based experience desirable but not essential) • A proactive and supportive team player • Willingness to learn and develop within education What We Offer: • Location: Hounslow • Start Date: September • Full-time and long-term opportunities available • Competitive daily rates • Training and ongoing support provided If you are enthusiastic about making a real difference in education, we would love to hear from you.
