Senior A&R Manager - Electronic Dance Music

We're looking for an experienced A&R Manager with a passion for house, dance and electronic music to join our A&R Team. You'll be responsible for identifying, signing and developing artists, managing releases from inception to launch, and driving the creative and commercial success of your roster. Working closely with internal teams and industry partners, you'll help shape artist careers and maximise opportunities across releases and catalogue. Key Responsibilities • Source, sign and develop emerging and established artists • Lead A&R strategy and manage release schedules • Identify collaboration, remix and repertoire opportunities • Analyse streaming, audience and market data to inform decisions • Negotiate deals and manage key industry relationships • Work cross-functionally to deliver successful release campaigns About You • Proven A&R experience within a dance/electronic music label • Strong track record of successful signings and releases • Deep knowledge of house and electronic music culture • Excellent industry network and negotiation skills • Commercially minded, highly organised and data-driven If you're passionate about discovering and developing talent and thrive in a fast-paced music environment, we'd love to hear from you.
