• Senior Account Manager • Property Data Sector • Hybrid Working Senior Account Manager Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office) Salary: £40,000 Basic + £5,000 OTE An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join a leading provider of property data, analytics and market intelligence solutions. Working with a diverse portfolio of clients across financial services, property, insurance, technology, utilities and investment sectors, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer retention, growth and long-term success. This role is ideal for a commercially minded senior account management professional who thrives on building strategic relationships, identifying growth opportunities and delivering exceptional customer outcomes. The Role As a Senior Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of strategic accounts, managing the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through to renewal and expansion. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, helping customers maximise value from market-leading data and intelligence solutions while identifying opportunities to grow revenue and strengthen partnerships. Key Responsibilities • Manage and develop strategic relationships across a portfolio of key accounts. • Engage with senior decision-makers and C-suite stakeholders. • Create and execute account plans to support customer growth and retention. • Own renewal, retention and upsell targets across your customer portfolio. • Identify opportunities to increase account value through additional products and services. • Monitor customer engagement and proactively drive adoption and satisfaction. • Use customer data and insights to inform account strategy and commercial decisions. • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM records. • Collaborate with product, operations and commercial teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences. • Act as the voice of the customer internally, helping shape future product and service improvements. About You • Proven experience in B2B Account Management or Customer Success. • Strong track record of account retention, renewal management and revenue growth. • Experience managing strategic customer relationships at a senior level. • Commercially driven with excellent relationship-building skills. • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action. • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce. • Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills. • Experience within data, SaaS, property technology, financial services or insurance sectors would be advantageous.
