Key Responsibilities • Preparation and review of annual statutory accounts for limited companies • Preparation and review of corporation tax returns • Reviewing accounts prepared by junior team members and outsourced providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance • Reviewing bookkeeping and VAT returns prepared by the junior team • Providing guidance, mentoring and support to junior staff • Assisting with ad-hoc technical queries and internal process improvements Skills & Experience Required • FCCA / ACCA qualified • Minimum 4 years’ experience in an accountancy practice • Strong experience preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and corporation tax returns • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Proven ability to manage deadlines, competing priorities and workflow changes • Strong organisational and time-management skills • Confident communicator with a collaborative approach to teamwork • Flexible and proactive mindset The Offer • Part-time hours with flexibility • Friendly team environment • Hybrid working (office and home-based) • Company pension • Private medical insurance • On-site parking
