Senior Analyst London - hybrid 3x per week in office Up to £70,000 This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Senior Analyst to join a growing business at an exciting stage of its journey. Working within a central analytics function, you'll partner with teams across the organisation, influence strategic decisions, and help shape how data is leveraged to drive business performance. The Role As a Senior Analyst, you will work across multiple business functions, acting as an internal analytics consultant and helping stakeholders make better, data-led decisions. Key responsibilities include: • Delivering reporting, analysis, and actionable insights to support business performance. • Partnering with teams across areas such as marketing, customer operations, and commercial functions. • Interrogating large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. • Translating business challenges into analytical solutions and strategic recommendations. • Gathering stakeholder requirements and turning them into scalable reporting and insight frameworks. • Supporting experimentation, performance measurement, and A/B testing initiatives. • Improving data quality, processes, and reporting structures. • Contributing to projects focused on analytics innovation, automation, and AI-enabled decision-making. • Working closely with technical teams to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. • Helping shape the future direction of analytics and insight within the organisation. Your Skills & Experience • Strong commercial experience in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence. • Advanced SQL skills with current hands-on experience querying large datasets. • Advanced Excel skills and a strong understanding of data manipulation and analysis. • Experience working with complex, messy, or incomplete datasets and turning them into actionable insights. • Ability to gather requirements, manage stakeholders, and communicate findings clearly. • Strong problem-solving skills with a naturally inquisitive approach to data. • Experience creating management information, performance reporting, and business recommendations. • Exposure to Snowflake or similar modern cloud data platforms would be advantageous. • Experience working within a fast-paced environment where analytics supports multiple business functions. • STEM-based academic background or strong quantitative capability would be beneficial.
