Requirements:
• Qualified Architectural Technologist with significant experience.
• Strong track record of delivering residential and mixed-use developments.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods and technical detailing.
• Comprehensive understanding of current UK Building Regulations.
• Experience preparing technical drawings, tender information, and construction documentation.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Confident user of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software.
• Working knowledge of Revit, BIM processes, and the Building Safety Act would be beneficial.
The Role:
• Take responsibility for the technical coordination and delivery of residential and mixed-use projects.
• Produce accurate and comprehensive technical drawings and construction documentation.
• Coordinate and manage external consultants throughout all project stages.
• Work closely with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Provide practical solutions to technical and construction-related challenges.
• Support, mentor, and develop junior colleagues within the technical team.
• Monitor quality and technical compliance across multiple live projects.
• Assist with project programming, technical planning, and successful project execution.
