Senior Asset & Estate Surveyor

Local authority in Warwickshire currently require a senior asset and estate surveyor for an initial period of 6 months. Purpose of the role: To efficiently and effectively manage the Council’s commercial portfolio and corporate property asset strategy and co-ordinate this with the Council’s Housing strategy. To effectively and efficiently manage the Council’s acquisitions and disposals and the professional asset and estates function for the Council’s housing stock, corporate property and the commercial estate. To negotiate, record and manage property acquisition and disposals to meet Council objectives. To manage the performance and inventory of all council commercial portfolio and corporate property assets and any associated data sets and data systems in regard to ownership and estates data. To be responsible to deliver the commercial property strategy for the council.
