About our clientOur client is a fast-growing residential block management business. They've built a strong reputation in the sector. Their client base includes some prestigious developments, and this new Senior Property Manager position has been created specifically to support that continued growth. The roleAs Senior Property Manager, you'll take responsibility for a portfolio of diverse blocks and estates, acting as the first point of contact for your sites and building strong working relationships with directors and other key client contacts. You'll carry out regular site visits, chair meetings, and provide sound technical guidance where it's needed. You'll need your own car for site visits, with mileage and expenses covered.
