Senior Business Analyst Worcestershire Based Hybrid Working Salary: £45,000 - £68,000 12-month FTC We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to act as the bridge between business needs and solution delivery, for a 12-month FTC. This role represents the voice of the customer and wider organisation, ensuring initiatives are aligned to strategic objectives and deliver measurable value. The successful candidate will build strong relationships across the business, synthesise information from multiple sources, and translate complex requirements into clear, actionable outcomes. You will combine analytical thinking with a delivery-focused mindset, ensuring change is implemented effectively and efficiently.
