Senior Business Change Analyst

Our client, a leading global (re)insurance business is seeking a Senior Business Change Analyst to join its Risk Selection & Analytics function in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced change professional to play a central role in shaping and delivering transformation initiatives across a highly technical and data-driven part of the business. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, shape solutions and drive change through to delivery. You will scope and run change initiatives, develop and review change requests, and manage project planning, tracking and risk throughout the lifecycle. The role also involves conducting business analysis of processes and systems, mapping and documenting target processes, and producing clear, well-structured slide decks and project documentation to communicate strategic change initiatives to stakeholders at all levels. You will bring strong communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence and gain buy-in across business units. A track record of supporting large or complex change programmes, coupled with excellent organisational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities, is essential. Experience gained within (re)insurance or wider financial services would be advantageous, and relevant qualifications such as ARe, CPCU or PMP are a plus, though not required. You will have relevant experience along with a genuinely collaborative approach and the confidence to engage stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
