The must haves for this role: • Degree level or equivalent experience and formal training in construction. • Professional registration or evidence working towards membership. • IOSH or equivalent accredited Certificate. • JCT Contract Management qualification or equivalent. • Experience of managing projects through inception, design and completion. • 5 years experience of design and building projects or 5 years experience of construction contract management. • Car driver with access to car.
