Location: St Leonards-on-Sea Salary: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour (Paid Breaks) + Excellent Benefits Hours: 42 hours per week – 3 x 12-hour shifts and 1 x 6-hour shift (weekend rota) Lead with Compassion. The home provides high-quality long-term residential care as well as short-term respite care, with a strong focus on delivering person-centred support in a warm, family-orientated environment. What You'll Be Doing As a Senior Lead Carer, you'll play a key role in ensuring residents receive outstanding care while supporting and mentoring the wider care team.
