Location: St Leonards-on-Sea Salary: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour (Paid Breaks) + Excellent Benefits Hours: 42 hours per week – 3 x 12-hour shifts and 1 x 6-hour shift (weekend rota) Lead with Compassion. The home provides high-quality long-term residential care as well as short-term respite care, with a strong focus on delivering person-centred support in a warm, family-orientated environment. What You'll Be Doing As a Senior Lead Carer, you'll play a key role in ensuring residents receive outstanding care while supporting and mentoring the wider care team. You'll lead by example, promote best practice, administer medication where required, and help maintain the highest standards of care throughout the home.
