Senior Clinical Fellow in O&G with a special interest in Endometriosis

The post holder will have the following duties in addition to those described above: Clinical Attending weekly theatre lists in minimal access benign gynaecology. Attending clinics in benign gynaecology. Gaining the technical skills as listed above. Participation on the on-call rota for obstetrics and gynaecology. Management Participation in audit and governance activities of the service. Be responsible for recording relevant surgical activity, perform audits and reports. Manage and engage with the BSGE endometriosis database and produce an annual surgical video for accreditation. Coordinate and enact the recommendations of the joint endometriosis MDT together with the endometriosis specialist nurse. Engage in the education of other junior doctors, nursing staff and other colleagues. Academic Submission of abstracts for presentation at relevant conferences throughout the year. Participate in existing clinical research, actively recruit participants and be involved in developing future studies. Coordinate and organise minimal access training courses together with existing faculty.
