Senior Corporate Insolvency ExecutiveNottingham £50,000-£65,000 Flexible Hybrid Working
A growing accountancy firm is looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Insolvency Executive to join its expanding business recovery team in Nottingham.
You will manage your own portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, working directly with company directors, creditors, solicitors and other stakeholders. The role offers autonomy, partner exposure and a clear route to progress as the team continues to grow.
What you'll be doing
• Managing corporate insolvency cases from appointment through to closure
• Working across liquidations, administrations and other formal procedures
• Preparing statutory reports and creditor communications
• Investigating company affairs and reviewing financial records
• Identifying and realising company assets
• Agreeing creditor claims and arranging distributions
• Liaising with directors, creditors and professional advisers
• Maintaining accurate case files using IPS
• Supporting and guiding junior colleagues where required
What we're looking forThe successful Senior Corporate Insolvency Executive will bring:
• At least three years' relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of corporate insolvency procedures
• Experience managing an independent caseload
• Previous use of IPS or similar software
• Confidence interpreting accounts and financial information
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
Experience gained within an accountancy practice, restructuring consultancy or specialist advisory firm would be suitable.
