Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic, growing team. • Mobility: A valid driving licence is essential for site visits within Gloucestershire and the surrounding counties. • Right to Work: Candidates must possess a current, valid right to live and work in the UK. Role Responsibilities • Delivering comprehensive Quantity Surveying and Cost Consultancy services. • Managing projects from inception to completion with a high degree of autonomy. • Liaising directly with clients, contractors, and other consultants to achieve project goals. • Reporting directly to the Director of Cost. • Participating in the strategic development of the team and regional project success.
