You will take ownership of the end-to-end architecture for a strategic CRM programme, shaping the future of how the business manages clients, data, and integrations across the enterprise. This is a high-impact role where you will define, design, and govern a modern CRM ecosystem that is scalable, secure, and built for long-term growth. Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture Ownership • Design end-to-end CRM architecture (MUST HAVE EITHER Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics) • Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, security, and governance • Create scalable, maintainable, future-proof solutions • Own architecture documentation and system mapping CRM Migration & Delivery • Lead CRM migration strategy (data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation) • Define configuration vs customisation approach • Ensure smooth transition with minimal business disruption • Establish CRM as a single source of truth Integration & Platform Design • Design integration architecture across CRM and enterprise systems • Reduce legacy complexity and technical debt • Ensure seamless interoperability across platforms • Hands-on exposure to: • Node.js (APIs and backend services) • Vue.js (front-end / CRM workbench applications) Leadership & Governance • Translate business requirements into technical solutions • Act as technical authority across product, engineering, data, and operations • Define and enforce architecture standards and guardrails • Ensure best practice across DevOps, testing, and deployment What We're Looking For • 5+ years in solution architecture or senior system design roles • Strong Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience (must have one) • Proven CRM migration and enterprise implementation experience • Strong integration architecture background across multiple systems • Experience with Node.js and Vue.js in enterprise environments • Strong understanding of APIs, data structures, and system design • Excellent stakeholder management in complex organisations Why Join?This is a rare opportunity to define the architecture of a mission-critical CRM platform at the heart of a leading investment business.
