Senior Data Analyst London (Old Street) £55,000 + Benefits 2 to 3 days per week in office This is an exciting opportunity for a Lead Data Analyst to step into a high impact role within a growing data-driven business. You will combine hands-on advanced analytics with leadership responsibility, influencing how data is used to drive commercial decisions and campaign performance. The Company They are a fast-growing technology business operating within the advertising and media space, helping clients better understand and improve campaign performance. Since launching in recent years, they have scaled to a team of around 100 people and continue to expand their data capabilities. Their work spans the full campaign lifecycle, from pre-campaign analysis and planning through to execution and performance evaluation. The business brings together data scientists, analysts, and engineers to deliver insights that support both brands and agencies in achieving stronger outcomes. The Role You will work closely with senior leadership in Business Intelligence to deliver high quality analytics and shape best practices across the team. The role combines technical problem solving, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring responsibilities. • Lead the delivery of advanced data analysis across client and commercial projects • Work with a wide range of datasets including campaign, financial, customer, and sales data • Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders • Support and mentor junior analysts, with the opportunity to build a team over time • Own project delivery, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Contribute to improving analytical standards and ways of working across the team • Partner with cross-functional teams to embed data-driven decision making Your Skills and Experience • Strong commercial experience in data analytics using Python • Experience working with large and complex datasets • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under time pressure • Experience communicating insights to both technical and non-technical audiences • Knowledge of data modelling, data quality, and validation approaches • Confidence mentoring or supporting junior team members • Exposure to dashboarding tools or other programming languages is beneficial What They Offer • Salary of £55,000 plus benefits • Hybrid working with 2 to 3 days in the London office • Clear progression into team leadership with line management responsibilities • Opportunity to expand into more advanced analytics and statistical work • A collaborative, growing data team with strong technical expertise How to Apply If you are interested in this Senior Data Analyst role, please apply with your CV to be considered.
