Senior Dynamics Developer Contract (Inside IR35) | 6 Month inital contract (extension likely) | £500-£550 Per Day | Fully Remote We're working with an established organisation undergoing continued investment in its Microsoft business applications landscape. They are looking to appoint an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to play a key role in enhancing, supporting and developing their Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on development, solving complex technical challenges and working across integrations, data flows and enterprise applications. The Role As a Dynamics 365 Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business-critical CRM solutions whilst collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to deliver improvements across the wider Microsoft ecosystem. You will be involved in: • Developing and enhancing Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse solutions • Building custom plugins, integrations and APIs • Supporting and optimising existing CRM functionality • Working across the Power Platform, including Power Automate and Model-Driven Apps • Troubleshooting and resolving production issues • Improving system performance, scalability and reliability • Supporting data integrations with internal and third-party systems • Contributing to deployment, release and change management processes • Producing clear technical documentation and best practice guidance Required Skills & Experience • Strong commercial experience developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM • Excellent knowledge of Dataverse and Power Platform technologies • Experience developing in C#/.NET and JavaScript • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and data-driven applications • Experience working with Azure integration technologies • Knowledge of source control and CI/CD processes • Ability to investigate and resolve complex technical issues • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Desirable Experience • Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service or Field Service • Power BI and reporting solutions • Azure data services and enterprise integration platforms • Data migration and CRM data quality initiatives • Experience within large-scale or highly regulated environments Due to the volume of applications received for positions, it will not be possible to respond to all applications and only applicants who are considered suitable for interview will be contacted.
