You'll be part of an established and collaborative team, working alongside investment managers and other specialists to provide exceptional client outcomes while benefiting from excellent career progression and support. Job Description As a Senior Financial Planner and Associate Director you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, holistic financial planning advice to new and existing clients. You'll build long-term trusted relationships, identify new business opportunities and work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to provide tailored wealth management solutions. Key responsibilities include: • Deliver holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, retirement, tax and estate planning. • Build, develop and maintain long-term client relationships. • Generate new business through referrals, professional introducers and personal networking. • Conduct regular client reviews, ensuring recommendations remain suitable and aligned to clients' objectives. • Work closely with investment managers and other professional specialists to deliver integrated advice. • Develop relationships with accountants, solicitors and other professional introducers. • Maintain an active new business pipeline and accurate client records. • Ensure all advice meets FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.
