• Senior Financial Adviser • Manage 30 – 40 existing clients • Wealth Management Firm near Newbury • Up to £100k basic salary plus long term incentive schemes • Hybrid working and flexible hours is available once up and running My client is an independent financial advice business in Berkshire who have built a lasting reputation for providing the highest levels of advice on Pensions, Investments, Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages, and some Protections to clients across Berkshire and Wiltshire. The business has a team of highly experienced Advisers working with 200+ HNW retirees, City professionals, families and professional sportsmen and women with varying levels of assets ranging from £300k - multiple millions. The business is privately owned and has very ambitious plans to expand and grow organically so if you're looking to join an entrepreneurial and forward-thinking business then this will be the right career move for you. The Managing Director is creating a brand-new role for a Senior Financial Planner who can manage an existing client bank of 30 – 40 clients. The expectation will be to build upon the client bank and generate some new business. The clients’ funds are held on a number of platforms such but primarily Fidelity Aviva, Royal London, Prudential etc. A very secure and rewarding role is on offer with an excellent benefits package and long-term incentive bonus scheme/structure. The Directors are looking to offer between £80k - £100k basic salary depending on your experience levels. They would like someone to be office based to begin with but then you can WFH a few days per week and offer flexible hours.
