As a key member of the team you will be allocated on a shift by shift basis to work and support ward based colleagues in areas where staffing and, or patient acuity/dependency risk assessments indicate that help is required. As a Healthcare Assistant you will be supported through the Care Certificate and dedicated enhanced supervision and engagement training - induction will include working across a range of specialities. To fulfil the needs of service delivery to patients/service users and in line with our current team of clinicians, the post holder will work as part of a flexible rota over seven days a week, which will include working evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
