Managing own workload assigned, whilst being flexible to changing requirements
Physical skills
Ensure mandatory training is up to date
Competent in basic computer and IT skills
To be able to work at a high pace throughout the shift
To be able to stand for extended periods of time
To be able to work for long periods of time in full PPE
To be able to manage the demands of moving and manual handling
Policy and service development
Follow trust protocols and maintain standards
Be actively involved in developing policies and processes for the dept when required
Actively participate in service development
Finance, equipment and other resources
Competent use of equipment and supporting others, where required
Have an awareness of utilising stock and resources effectively
Ensuring resources and equipment are used appropriately and effectively, minimising wastage
People management and training
