Job description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Senior Human Resources Coordinator. This is a new role in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support across the full employee lifecycle. Responsibilities will include: • Providing administrative support and managing shared HR inboxes. • Maintaining and updating employee records and data on the internal system. • Updating document filings, ensuring compliance. • Processing HR invoices and submitting expenses. • Producing reports, as necessary. • Updating new joiners and leavers data. • Assisting with HR policy drafts. • Coordinating onboarding and leaver processes. • Issuing offer letters, contracts, and pre-employment documents. • Conducting right to work checks and background screening. • Preparing and submitting payroll instructions and maintaining accurate records. • Assisting the recruitment team with interview scheduling and candidate communications. • Processing and updating candidate information and spreadsheets. • Assisting with graduate recruitment administration. • Assisting with ER matters, annual performance reviews, salary reviews, and project work. • Supporting administration of benefits programmes and wellbeing initiatives. Suitable candidates will have gained prior experience in generalist HR administration, ideally within a law firm, although professional services environments will also be considered.
