Job Title: Senior IFA Administrator Industry: Financial Planning / Financial Services Locations: Leeds Salary: Up to £35,000 (dependent on experience) Job ref: 10403 Job Description: Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior IFA Administrator to join a well-established Independent Financial Advice firm operating in Leeds. The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality administrative and client support to Office Managers and Financial Planners, ensuring an efficient, compliant, and professional service is delivered at all times. You will play a key role in maintaining excellent client experience by supporting advisers with reviews, new business processing, valuations, and ongoing client servicing. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a good understanding of financial services processes, particularly within investments, pensions, and protection. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare valuation and performance reports for client review meetings • Processing New Business • Compile review checklists and supporting documentation for adviser appointments • Obtaining provider information (LOA) and collating these together with relevant • client specific illustrations Maintain accurate client records by updating back-office systems • Liaise with clients and assist with queries • General office administration including filing, scanning, post handling, and answering calls What’s in it for you? • Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience • Auto enrolment pension • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays • Group Life cover • Income protection • Financial wellbeing support • Hybrid working post probation Skills and Experience Required: • Minimum of 4 years’ experience (or equivalent) as an Administrator within an Independent Financial Advice practice • Proven experience within Financial Services and working with complex clients • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively
