Senior IT Business Analyst

Our client is a leading SaaS provider supporting clients globally with platform implementations. They are looking for experienced Senior IT Business Analysts.Day-to-day responsibilities: • Work with clients to design and build products, translating requirements into structured system solutions • Configure product logic including rating models, underwriting rules, data capture journeys, and policy outputs • Own delivery from build through testing and launch • Analyse and enhance live products, supporting the full policy lifecycle and advising clients on best practice What you can expect: • Clear progression framework with structured feedback and reviews • Early exposure to client-facing and technical projects • Ongoing training and development, with opportunities to support junior team members RequirementsYou will thrive in this role if you: • Have experience in consulting, ideally with platform exposure or as a client-facing Business Analyst • Enjoy combining business analysis with hands-on configuration and problem-solving • Communicate confidently and can translate complex requirements into clear solutions Logistics • Location: London (hybrid - 3 days per week in the office) • Salary: Up to £57,000 We are happy to provide application and/or accessibility support, please contact your Marks Sattin or Grafton consultant directly to discuss your needs.
