Senior Lawyer - Children & Families - Remote - £55ph+ A client of ours based in the North West, are looking for an experienced Senior Lawyer with a background in Children & Families law to join their busy but supportive team on a long term contract, offering remote working and an ASAP start! Benefits - • Long term contract available, guaranteed for 6 months with extension available • Open to a strong candidate working fully remote • Attractive rate - starting from £55ph and scaling based on experience • ASAP interview & start available Responsibilities - • Working within their Public Law subgroup, managing a caseload primarily consisting of section 31 and DoLS matters. • Working to ensure the safeguarding and statutory responsibilities of the Council are fulfilled. • Providing timely, high quality and accurate legal, tactical and strategic advice. • Where appropriate, to demonstrate exceptional advocacy skills achieving the best possible outcomes for the client.
