A rare opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to become the trusted legal adviser to a fast-growing UK business backed by a global market leader. Reporting directly to the UK Managing Director, you'll be the sole legal counsel supporting a portfolio of well-known consumer and home services brands. Client Details This organisation was established over 40 years ago in the United States as a small family business. Since then, it has grown into a world leading company in consumer services and landed in the UK in 2010 with the focus of acquiring and developing premium franchise and other brands within their industry. In the 16 years that the organisation has been in the UK, it has shown its keen intent for growth, with over 300 locations across 6 brands with over 2,000 frontline staff Description Reporting directly to the UK Managing Director, you'll be the sole legal counsel supporting a portfolio of well-known consumer and home services brands. The role offers genuine breadth and autonomy, covering: • Commercial contracts and supplier agreements • Employment and workplace matters • Litigation and dispute management • Data protection and compliance • Franchising and franchisee support • M&A integration and business acquisitions • Strategic risk management and governance Profile A qualified solicitor with proven experience in Corporate/Commercial law and providing varied support to in-house stakeholders.
