Senior/Lettings Manager Location: Bognor Regis Salary: £29k - £30k basic + OTE £50,000–£55,000 + excellent benefits Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 18.00pm | Saturday 9.00am – 17.00pm (1 in 3 Saturdays off) Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required Additional: Company car or £4,000 car allowance Are you an experienced Lettings Manager, or a Senior Lettings Negotiator ready to take the next step in your career? Key Responsibilities: • Managing and driving the overall performance and profitability of the lettings branch • Leading, motivating and developing a team to achieve and exceed targets • Winning new business, generating valuations and securing new instructions • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants • Providing expert advice on market conditions, pricing and legislation • Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times • Monitoring KPIs and implementing strategies to maximise revenue • Keeping up to date with lettings legislation and market trends Skills & Experience Required: • Proven experience within residential lettings, ideally at a senior or management level • Strong track record in winning new business and driving results • A natural leader with the ability to inspire and develop a team • Commercially aware with a proactive and driven approach • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Full UK driving licence and own transport This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual looking to take ownership of a successful lettings operation and progress their career within a supportive and high-performing environment.
