The Role As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will: • Register applicants, arrange viewings, and match tenants to suitable properties • Negotiate tenancy offers and manage the lettings process through to completion • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective applicants • Manage a busy diary, ensuring viewings, appointments, and follow-ups are handled efficiently • Prepare tenancy documentation and ensure compliance requirements are met • Support business growth through landlord instructions, property valuations, and referral opportunities • Work closely with the Lettings Manager and wider team to achieve branch targets Senior Lettings Negotiator Requirements: • Previous lettings, estate agency, sales, or strong customer-facing experience • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Proactive, target-driven, and career-focused approach • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle • Leadership potential and a desire to progress into management What's on Offer? • Competitive basic salary up to £30,000 • Uncapped commission structure • Ongoing training, development, and support • Clear progression opportunities into management • Supportive and team-focused working environment • Join a respected and market-leading independent agency • Full-time, office-based position Apply Today!
