Job description

This is not a traditional corporate accounting or P&L ledger role. While embedded within our financial planning architecture, we are seeking a strategic Workforce Analytics and Resource Planning Specialist to serve as the critical data architect and storyteller for our global talent footprint. Own MA resourcing insight, including underlying data logic, governance, and auditability of outputs Lead planning, forecasting, and modelling frameworks supporting workforce strategy Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to support decision-making Drive transformation of reporting, data governance, and process standardization Act as SME for workforce and compensation analytics, linking data to P&L outcomes. Skills and Competencies Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Workforce Planning, People Reporting, or Product Management, with a proven track record of delivering insights and driving strategic outcomes in complex environments. Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to senior executives and diverse stakeholder groups. Extensive exposure to multidimensional reporting applications (e.g., OneStream Quickview, Microsoft Fabric), with the ability to leverage advanced analytics for decision support. Highly detail-oriented, with a rigorous approach to data quality and the ability to synthesise and present findings to C-suite and senior leadership. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferably Office 365), data transformation tools (Power Query), financial modelling, and related financial systems. Superior analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing business strategy.
