Senior Media & Performance Executive

Junior Account Manager / Account Manager (Media & Performance), Rickmansworth / Hybrid – Up to £40K Know your way around digital campaigns but equally enjoy building great client relationships? We're looking for an ambitious Junior Account Manager or Account Manager to join a highly regarded, full-service agency with an impressive client portfolio spanning Higher Education, Financial Services and B2B. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with agency experience who enjoys working across multiple digital channels and wants to take greater ownership of clients, campaigns and commercial delivery. You'll work closely with clients and internal specialists across media, strategy, creative and performance, helping to deliver integrated campaigns that produce measurable results. What you'll be doing * Acting as a day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, building trusted relationships * Managing integrated campaigns from briefing through to delivery and reporting * Working closely with media, performance, strategy and creative teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and against objectives * Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for optimisation * Managing project timelines, budgets and internal resource * Presenting campaign performance, insights and recommendations to clients * Supporting account growth and contributing to new business opportunities What we're looking for * Agency experience within client services, media, digital marketing or performance marketing * Strong understanding of integrated campaign delivery * Experience working across digital channels such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Paid Search, Paid Social, Display or Programmatic * Excellent client relationship and project management skills * Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and multiple projects * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and make recommendations * Positive, proactive and collaborative approach What's in it for you? * Salary up to £40K depending on experience * Clear progression opportunities * Funded IPA qualifications and ongoing professional development * Hybrid working * Supportive, collaborative culture * Opportunity to work on exciting national and international campaigns * A business that genuinely invests in developing its people If you're looking for a role where you can combine excellent client management with hands-on involvement in media and performance campaigns, we'd love to hear from you.
