Senior Mental Health Nurse

A summary is as follows: • Take a Recovery focused and holistic approach in working with the people who access our services. • Deliver care and interventions utilising the stepped care model, including provision of the CPA Framework where appropriate. • Assess people's needs to develop, implement and evaluate personalised care plans. • Facilitate therapeutic group work taking the lead where appropriate. • Deliver evidenced based interventions. • Identify people requiring hospital treatment and facilitate the timely transfer under The Mental Health Act. • Line management of Band 5 nurse where appropriate. • Some weekend working is required as part of this role.
