You’ll be running deals end to end, from valuation support through to completion, with the autonomy to manage your pipeline properly. The basics are straightforward, around £25k basic with realistic OTE up to £45k, and that’s not smoke and mirrors. You need to be commercially switched on, comfortable picking up the phone, confident in front of clients, and able to handle the pressure that comes with targets. Location-wise, you’ll need to be within sensible reach of Abingdon or Wantage, this isn’t a remote role and never will be.
