Senior Paraplanner

With continued growth and a reputation for delivering exceptional financial planning, they're now looking for a Chartered Paraplanner who enjoys solving complex planning challenges and wants to play a key role in shaping client outcomes. What's in it for you • Salary between £48,000 and £55,000 • Annual discretionary bonus (Between £4,000-£13,000) • Hybrid/Remote working • Life and Critical Illness cover • Income Protection • Exam support and technical development • A collaborative team where your ideas and expertise are valued Your responsibilities • Work alongside advisers to develop client strategies across complex financial planning cases • Carry out advanced research across pensions, investments, tax planning, trusts and estate planning • Prepare and review high-quality suitability reports and financial planning documentation • Complete technical calculations including pension allowances, CGT, IHT and income tax scenarios • Produce and review cashflow modelling • Provide technical support during adviser discussions and selected client meetings • Help improve technical standards, templates and internal processes We’re looking for • A completed Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent Level 6 qualification) • Excellent technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection and taxation • Experience preparing and reviewing complex suitability reports • The confidence to question assumptions and contribute to adviser discussions • A collaborative approach and a desire to share technical knowledge with others If you're a Chartered Paraplanner looking for a role where your expertise will be recognised and rewarded, apply today!
