Senior Paraplanner Fully Remote Up to £50,000 DOE + Benefits NJR Recruitment are delighted to be working with a modern, technology-focused Financial Planning firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join their growing technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly technical paraplanner who enjoys working in a forward-thinking environment and wants to play a key role in supporting advisers, developing technical standards and mentoring junior members of the team. The Role Working closely with Financial Advisers and the wider technical team, you will provide high-quality paraplanning support across a broad range of financial planning areas. You will also act as a senior point of contact within the team, helping to support and guide junior paraplanners whilst contributing to continuous improvements across processes and technical standards. Key responsibilities will include: • Writing detailed and compliant suitability reports • Conducting technical research and analysis across pensions, investments and protection • Supporting advisers with complex financial planning cases • Reviewing recommendations and ensuring technical accuracy • Assisting in the development of paraplanning processes and templates • Mentoring and supporting junior paraplanners within the team • Ensuring work meets FCA and internal compliance standards • Contributing to the firm’s technology-driven and efficient approach to financial planning About You • Previous experience within a Senior Paraplanning or highly technical paraplanning role • Level 4 Diploma qualified essential • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, tax planning and protection • Experience writing high-quality suitability reports • Comfortable supporting and mentoring less experienced team members • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills • Strong communication and organisational abilities • Able to work independently within a fully remote environment What’s on Offer • Salary up to £50,000 DOE • Fully remote working • Opportunity to join a modern, tech-focused Financial Planning firm • Supportive and collaborative culture • Long-term progression and development opportunities • Exposure to complex and varied client cases • Competitive benefits package This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced paraplanner looking to take the next step within a progressive business that values technical expertise, innovation and career development.
