Senior PCV / HGV Technician Role and Responsibilities • Perform inspections, fault diagnosis, and repairs on a modern fleet, including Mercedes, Scania, and Volvo vehicles • Ensure vehicles remain roadworthy, safe, compliant, and presentable • Mentor and support junior technicians, driving high standards across the workshop • Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the engineering team • Maintain compliance with DVSA and internal company standards Senior PCV / HGV Technician Skills and Experience • Proven PCV/HGV maintenance experience • IRTEC qualification (or equivalent) • Strong diagnostic capability and good IT literacy • Flexible, reliable, and proactive work approach • Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance Relocation support available for the right candidate The company has hired ex army / military transport engineers previously - so applicants with a REME / Royal Institute of Mechanical Engineers / HGV mechanic / engineering background will definitely be of interest.
