Brewer Morris is pleased to be partnering with a long-standing international law firm client in the search for a talented Senior Pricing Analyst to join its established and growing Pricing & Commercial function. This is an outstanding opportunity for an analytical and commercially focused professional who is looking to play a key role in supporting strategic pricing decisions across a highly regarded global professional services business. The Opportunity As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will work closely with partners, finance leaders, and business services teams to provide data-driven commercial insight that supports pricing strategy, client negotiations, and profitability objectives. This role offers exposure to high-value and complex matters across multiple jurisdictions, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their commercial expertise within a sophisticated professional services environment. Key Responsibilities • Develop, refine, and maintain pricing models to support fee proposals, Alternative Fee Arrangements (AFAs), and commercial negotiations. • Analyse historical matter data, pricing performance, and profitability trends to generate meaningful commercial insights. • Support partners and matter teams in the preparation of pricing proposals for complex and cross-border engagements. • Assist in developing commercial approaches for technology-enabled and innovative service offerings. • Deliver scenario modelling and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. • Collaborate with Finance, Business Development, Legal Project Management, and practice group teams to ensure alignment on pricing strategy and matter economics. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of pricing tools, templates, and processes. • Assist in the preparation of client-facing pricing submissions and panel proposals. • Act as a trusted adviser to internal stakeholders, helping drive commercial awareness and pricing best practice. About You We are keen to hear from candidates with: • Experience in pricing, commercial finance, revenue management, profitability analysis, or a related discipline. • Experience within a law firm or broader professional services environment being highly desirable. • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, including advanced Excel capability. • The ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into clear commercial recommendations. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior business leaders. • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. • The ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
