Senior Pricing ManagerLocation: London/Hybrid Employment Type: Permanent An exceptional opportunity to lead pricing strategies at a global law firm. Pentagon Talent has partnered with a leading global law firm, seeking a Senior Pricing Manager to join their Finance team in London. This is a unique opportunity to shape pricing strategies, optimise profitability, and provide strategic insights that directly impact the firm's success. Key Responsibilities of the Senior Pricing Manager • Develop and implement firm-wide pricing strategies aligned with business objectives. • Lead a high-performing team, fostering growth and collaboration. • Drive the global client fee deal process, ensuring commercial proposals meet stakeholder needs. • Provide strategic insights and challenge senior stakeholders to optimise profitability. • Negotiate directly with clients, both locally and internationally. • Oversee financial modelling and ensure quality control of pricing outputs. • Act as a thought leader, sharing best practices and market intelligence. Required Experience of Senior Pricing Manager • Professional Background: • 5+ years of experience leading pricing functions in a global professional services or law firm environment. • Proven expertise in strategic negotiations and delivering actionable pricing insights. • Skilled in complex modelling, quantitative analysis, and leveraging automation and AI. • Experience as a line manager, with a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams • Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is desirable.
