Senior Ecologist - Team Leader Opportunity An experienced and ambitious Senior Ecologist is sought to lead a growing ecology team within a respected environmental consultancy. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys balancing technical excellence with team leadership and project delivery. The successful candidate will take the lead on a diverse portfolio of ecological projects, managing surveys, assessments, mitigation strategies and licensing work across a range of sectors. They will provide guidance and mentorship to junior ecologists, helping to develop skills, maintain high technical standards and foster a collaborative team culture. This role is ideally suited to someone who is passionate about ecology, confident in client-facing situations and eager to play a key role in shaping the future growth of a small, dynamic team.
