Web3 Senior Product Manager DeFi Remote (HQ: United States) $105K-$150K Another great opportunity has reached Plexus through one of our long-term clients who focus on bridging the gap between decentralized finance and institutional-grade yields, using the Solana blockchain. They are looking for their first Web3 Senior Product Manager with keen interest in crypto and Stablecoin to join the team to work on two product surfaces, the core DeFi protocols, and the consumer product. The Role: • Product design and shipping alongside other engineers to assist in deploying code • Maintain a clear and prioritized backlog across both surfaces • Conduct user research through feedback into product decisions • Provide coherent and detailed briefs that engineers can independently build from The Requirements • 5+ years in Product Management within FinTech, finance or asset management • Experienced Engineers considered with evidence of 01 product decisions • Strong written/communication skills for engineers and stakeholders • Experience within the Crypto and DeFi market • Successful experience in start-up with fewer than 20 people Benefits: • Competitive salary • Bonus • Equity structure • Flexible holiday allowance • Fully Remote • Early-stage role with full ownership of process
