Senior Project Manager - AI - Operational Efficiency - Op model - Outside IR35 Senior Project Manager - AI - Operational Efficiency - Op model - Outside IR35 • 6 month initial contract • Remote - occasional travel to London • £600 - £641/day (Outside IR35) This role sits at the centre of a major broker transformation. It combines operational efficiency, AI enablement and operating model change. What you will be doing • Lead end to end programme delivery • Own governance, plans, budgets and outcomes • Drive operational efficiency with clear cost and process benefits • Lead AI and automation initiatives and delivery roadmap • Simplify structures and redesign operating models • Engage senior stakeholders up to ExCo and Board What you need • Insurance experience with a strong understanding of Broking • Proven delivery of large scale transformation programmes • Strong operational efficiency delivery track record • Operating model design experience • RIO/Benefits realisation experience • Experience across AI or automation programmes • Confident working with senior stakeholders Please apply for the role if you have the required experience; a consultant will be in touch.
