| Senior Property Manager | Block Management | Up to £55,000 + Car Allowance | Hybrid Working | Experienced in residential block / leasehold property management? We're recruiting for a Senior Property Manager to join a well-established and highly respected property management firm, overseeing a diverse portfolio across East Anglia. This is a senior-level opportunity for someone with strong technical expertise in block management, building safety, and compliance, looking to make a real impact within a growing business. The Role As a Senior Property Manager, you will: • Lead compliance and performance across your portfolio • Manage building safety requirements, FRA actions, EWS1s, and remediation projects • Oversee major works programmes (Section 20 consultations) • Handle complex leasehold matters, disputes, and escalations • Manage service charge budgets and financial controls • Build strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders • Support and mentor junior property managers • Identify and contribute to new business opportunities Senior Property Manager requirements: • Proven residential block / leasehold property management experience • Strong understanding of leases, landlord & tenant legislation • Experience managing building safety and remediation projects, including cladding-related works • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Organised, commercially minded, and solution-focused • Experience using Qube (desirable, not essential) • Full UK driving licence What's on Offer? • £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary • £5,000 car allowance + mileage • Uncapped commission for new site introductions • Hybrid working with a flexible approach • Holiday: 5 weeks + your birthday off + 4 wellbeing days per year • Private medical + dental cover • Pension scheme • Ongoing CPD, conferences + professional development • Full support, systems + resources • Clear long-term career progression Apply Today!
