Senior Recruiter Market Drayton with regular travel to Telford and Minsterley Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm At Müller, we're committed to attracting, developing and retaining great talent across our manufacturing operations. We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead recruitment activity across our Market Drayton, Telford and Minsterley sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced in-house, RPO or agency recruiter to partner with key stakeholders across the business, delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across a diverse range of operational, engineering, technical and support functions. Working as part of a collaborative HR team, you'll play a key role in shaping talent attraction strategies whilst also providing leadership and support to a Recruitment Advisor. The Role As Senior Recruiter, you'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences while ensuring the business attracts and secures the best talent available. You'll work closely with site leadership teams and HR colleagues to understand workforce requirements, identify talent opportunities and drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes and outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment activity across multiple functions and levels. • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to provide expert recruitment advice and market insight. • Lead vacancy briefing meetings and define effective attraction strategies. • Create engaging job adverts and recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality talent. • Source candidates through a range of channels including direct sourcing, social media, talent pools and networking. • Screen, assess and interview candidates, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience. • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external suppliers. • Coordinate offers, support salary negotiations and facilitate a smooth onboarding process. • Track and analyse recruitment metrics, identifying opportunities to improve attraction, selection and hiring outcomes. • Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies aligned to business objectives. • Lead or contribute to recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives. • Provide day-to-day coaching, guidance and support to a Recruitment Advisor, helping to drive capability, consistency and service excellence across the recruitment function. About You We're looking for someone who combines strong recruitment expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills and a passion for delivering great hiring outcomes. You'll ideally have: • Significant experience managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns. • Experience within manufacturing, engineering, FMCG, operational or technical recruitment environments. • Strong direct sourcing and talent attraction experience. • Previous experience coaching, mentoring or managing junior recruiters, coordinators or recruitment advisors. • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills. • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technologies. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • A proactive, solution-focused approach. • Commercial awareness and experience using recruitment data to inform decision-making. • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly between sites.
