Residential Conveyancing Assistant Wakefield Up to £30,000 About the Firm and Role: A well-established and highly regarded Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join its busy Residential Property team in Wakefield. With over 40 years of delivering trusted legal services and a strong reputation for client care and approachable advice, this firm offers a supportive environment where individuals are genuinely valued and developed. You will be supporting experienced fee earners on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions. The team handles a high volume of work with a strong emphasis on client service and communication.
