Senior Resourcing Manager - 12 months contract

We're supporting a globally recognised technology and software organisation in the search for an experienced Senior Resource Manager to join their Professional Services team on an initial 12-month contract. Fully remote or hybrid in London - Fluent German or French advantageous but not essential. £320 - £350 per day PAYE As a SRM you will oversee resource planning and allocation across a portfolio of consulting engagements. Working with delivery leaders, consultants, partners and key stakeholders, you will ensure resources are effectively deployed to maximise utilisation, revenue and customer success Responsibilities • Manage resource requests, staffing and consultant allocations across multiple projects. • Optimise utilisation, skills alignment and delivery capacity. • Identify and resolve staffing risks and resource gaps. • Deliver resource forecasting, utilisation reporting and demand planning. • Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and project delivery. • Source and manage external contractors and delivery partners. • Oversee partner onboarding, SOW approvals and spend forecasting. • Maintain resource data, schedules and skills profiles. • Drive process improvements and operational excellence Experience • 6+years' experience in Resource Management within Professional or Software Services • Strong stakeholder management • Experience balancing resource demand, utilisation and commercial objectives • Strong understanding of project financials and forecasting • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills • Experience working with CRM and PSA platforms Robert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
